PROFOX Respiratory Oximetry Reports (PRO)

Easy-to-read, easy-to-interpret PROFOX reports include all of the data you expect from high-end oximetry and capnography. Chart-ready and pre-formatted with your organization's details, PROFOX reports are ideal for patient charts, Medicare, and other third-party records.

PROFOX lets you print full-color, full-page reports or condense them leaving the bottom half for typed dictation or physician's notes. You can print up to five different reports that make it easy to comply with third-party requirements.

Report 1:
Graphic

This report presents graphic representations of each of five parameters: Pulse, Saturation, EtCo2, Respiration Rate, and InCO2, measured during a procedure. It can be printed at 1-, 2-, 4-, 8-, or 12-hours per page. The 1-, and 2-hour pages can print the entire test or just the 1- or 2-hour periods having either the lowest average saturation or the highest average end-tidal CO2.

Report 2:
% Times at Each Saturation and End-Tidal CO2

This report is an excellent visual aid for patients because they can easily see the results. This one-page report contains graphs which show the % times at each saturation and % times at each level of end-tidal CO2. The horizontal scaling may be set to linear or logarithmic.

Report 3:
Analysis and Summary

This report indicates the percentage of times spent at various levels of SpO2, Pulse, EtCo2, InCo2, and Respiration Rate. It also indicates the highest, lowest and mean percentages of each measured parameter.

Report 4:
Procedure Event

This one-page text report lists the significant physical events observed or interventions during a procedure. Additionally, each numbered event can be noted at the time of that event on the 8-Hour and 2-Hour graphic reports.

Report 5:
Oximetry Desaturation

This report lists the desaturation event scoring if oximetry was measured. PROFOX identifies the onset of a desaturation event when the saturation decreases by a predefined Event Definition Point (EDP) within a two-minute interval. You can also change the value which defines desaturation event onset.

Additionally, the percent time for a specific saturation level may be reported, which is ideal for Medicare which currently uses 88%. The report also contains data for the new Medicare guideline for BiPAP, which is the longest continuous time with saturation less than 88%.
